You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site policies.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
