As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Verify credentials, monitor entry and exit activity, and support access control measures involving personnel, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders for sensitive environments, and reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior promptly.
