As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Ellenwood, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a driving patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a people-first culture through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service while responding to site needs with agility and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
  • Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols.
  • Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support Allied Universal and location management with security-related awareness.
