About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed DoD Patrol Driver Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

  • Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security experience.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
  • Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of personnel and vehicle movement in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
  • Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
