As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. This armed and driving position involves supporting daily operations, maintaining clear communication, and helping to deter incidents through your presence and responsiveness. Requirements

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or possess a college degree.
Possess a current armed guard card or license as required by law.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Handcuffing certification is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the location.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain order within the location.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as appropriate.
Collaborate with on-site teams to support emergency response activities and help to deter unauthorized activities.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate any potential security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as required.
