Open Interviews for Security Officers and Supervisors (Unarmed and Armed)
About The Position
Securitas is seeking Security Officers and Supervisors, both armed and unarmed, to join their team. These positions involve observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure the security and safety of property and personnel. The role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Physical requirements may include frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Pass a lifetime background and drug test.
- 1 year of Security Experience Required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be professional.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
- Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officer/Guard.
- Armed positions require being armed certified.
- Armed Supervisor positions require being armed certified and having a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
- Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time.
- May involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
