As a Security Officer Ambassador Bike Patrol in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer serving a dynamic public location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public-facing buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and exterior spaces to help support access control practices, observe activity, and/or assist with directions and general information.
• Assist with handling disturbances, policy violations, and/or service-related issues in a professional manner while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
