About The Position

As a Security Officer Alarm Panel Response Driver in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor access to commercial real estate facilities, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
