As a Security Officer Driver Alarm Panel Operations in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access and alarm response, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving industrial operations, personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
  • Report unusual activity, hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
