As a Security Officer-Active Clearance in Broomfield, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatcher supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor alarm and access-control activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, maintain clear records, and communicate professionally with personnel and emergency services. Requirements

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related incidents, alarms, service requests, and/or critical situations, maintaining calm, professional communication with responding personnel.
Document calls, incidents, dispatch activities, and shift communications accurately in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
Coordinate with onsite personnel, emergency responders, and management during incidents, providing timely information and supporting appropriate response actions.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter as directed, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues.
