You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Act 235 qualification is required in Pennsylvania only.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local law enforcement when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements, maintaining professional presence, access control support, and incident response readiness.
  • Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value locations, verifying authorized access and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
