Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, screening access at entry and exit points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor and document the arrival and departure of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, helping to control access to restricted areas throughout the location.
  • Verify credentials, issue visitor passes when required, and communicate access requirements, directions, and site expectations in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
