About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Operations in Warren, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and guests. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and issue or retrieve access badges in accordance with site requirements.
Control entry and exit of vehicles, personnel, and materials as directed, including coordinating with receiving, shipping, and site contacts regarding deliveries and pickups.
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
