About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Control Operations in Earth City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, and documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures.
Observe vehicle, delivery, and personnel traffic at access points, directing individuals to designated check-in areas and reporting irregularities to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
