Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badging protocols, and security-related policies at a dynamic technology-focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established site communication channels as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while supporting reception, screening, and other security-related administrative duties.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
