Join Allied Universal at a busy commercial real estate location, where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication while reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing access control activities, and/or supporting emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and credentialing processes to help control authorized access for tenants, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating clearly with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
