Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, and badge verification at an automotive location.
Monitor entry and exit points, check identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, shipping and receiving zones, and employee-only spaces.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and other access-sensitive locations.
Support daily operations by maintaining accurate access logs, reporting security-related concerns, and following site policies related to deliveries, visitor escorts, and after-hours entry.
