As a Security Officer Access Management Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and assisting visitors and tenants with professionalism. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate access-control systems, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate facilities, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
