Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic automotive location.
• Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials and documenting entry and exit activity in line with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access areas, parking locations, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at entry and exit points, helping to deter unauthorized access while maintaining professional interactions with staff, guests, and/or contractors.
