This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access at community entry points, verify authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, guests, management, and emergency responders while documenting incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
