About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Control Patrol Driver in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building interiors, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Report maintenance concerns, unusual activity, and potential hazards to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
