About The Position

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• This is primarily a driving post.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the retail location, verifying authorization for employees, vendors, delivery personnel, and other visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain awareness of entry and exit activity, report suspicious activity or access concerns, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
