The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Security Officer 1 position in the Building Security Division.
What You’ll do as a Security Officer 1:
M Maintains Security of the buildings and grounds by conduction rounds on foot or in vehicle
Making Security checks of premises
Checks security windows and doors in high security area after working hours
Monitors persons entering and leaving premises &/or monitors electronic detection equipment intrusions
Maintains documentation of security checks
Maintains Visitor Management system (EasyLobby) by logging visitors and taxpayers entering and leaving premises
Issues Security identification badges using security badge making equipment and software (LenelS2)
Responds to emergency calls throughout the assigned facilities
Familiar with the operation and use of CCTV software (Milestone)
24hr afterhours response to Northland for building alarms
CPR and use of life saving equipment
