About The Position

This is a part-time role focused on ensuring the safety of the team, facilities, and products by monitoring security cameras, managing visitor access, and maintaining security logs. The associate will be responsible for identifying and reporting any unusual activity or security concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and assisting with general security tasks.

Responsibilities

Monitor security cameras during the day to ensure the safety of the team, facilities, and products.
Observe for unusual or out-of-place activity and communicate concerns effectively.
Welcome and check in visitors using an iPad system.
Ensure all visitors are authorized to be in the building.
Maintain up-to-date logs, including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes.
Notify management of issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity.
Report technical issues with cameras or suspicious activity to leadership immediately.
Ensure all activity aligns with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations.
Help keep the space clean and safe.
Support the team with other tasks as needed.
