About The Position

The Security Manager, Operations provides a dedicated onsite security presence supporting current and expanding client operations in the Fort Worth area. The role supports communication and regional growth, maintains security standards through direct oversight, and serves as a bridge between facility management and client security protocols. The Security Manager is the primary security lead for operational integrity and vendor accountability, responds to security-related incidents, maintains compliance with CSRM guidelines, and assists DSV management in ensuring operations align with security standards. The role requires frequent travel to multiple sites and a flexible, on-call schedule as dictated by business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of previous work experience in a similar role or capacity serving large warehouses or distribution centers.
• Multi-site experience.
• High-risk scenario training.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets, with intermediate computer skills.
• Knowledge of physical security design.
• Knowledge of scheduling and staffing.
• Working knowledge of security SOPs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without an accommodation.
• Ability to identify problems or potential problems and take initiative to correct them.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or within a group.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule as dictated by business needs, whether mandatory or voluntary.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly security audits and compliance checks at assigned client facilities.
• Monitor and manage daily seal discrepancies and maintain detailed logs to ensure cargo integrity.
• Conduct random audits of security vendors to verify adherence to CSRM guidelines.
• Lead security incident response efforts at facilities, supporting DSV management and ensuring compliance with SWIs and CSRM minimum standards.
• Assist DSV management in ensuring operations align with security standards.
