About The Position

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking experienced security and risk-based personnel to be the primary responsible party for the development, management, and implementation of DHA’s insider threat policy and procedures. The candidate must possess a comprehensive Insider Threat program knowledge based upon DoD and Federal requirements (ISC) as well as industry best practices. This role supports efforts at DHA in Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection, Physical Security, and Security Guard Program disciplines.

Requirements

  • Possesses critical thinking skills.
  • MS Office Tools required (Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of analysis and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of the mission, functions, and structure of the organization, and able obtain data and information regarding work operations and to prepare a report of findings.
  • A working knowledge of the United States Military and the Department of Defense to include but not limited to ranks and titles of uniformed service members.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs to determine systems requirements as they apply to the client's management systems.
  • Ability to review client requirements and participate in client problem-solving and in the recommendation process.
  • Ability to identify best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development to move Mission Assurance goals/objectives forward.
  • Ability to create and assess oversight for compliance.
  • BS (or equivalent experience) in management related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Minimum Secret Clearance; able to obtain Top Secret clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an experienced Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO) providing technical Anti-terrorism support and employee training to all DHA personnel.
  • Coordinate with Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) to conduct Anti-terrorism (AT) assessments on all DHA locations within the National Capitol Region (NCR) as required by DoD regulations.
  • Complete United States Northern Command AT assessments as required.
  • Coordinate with all DHA locations outside the NCR to ensure AT assessments are conducted as required.
  • Coordinate AT requirements with Host organizations when the DHA organization is a tenant on a military installation.
  • Attend AT meetings and disseminate information from these meetings to DHA personnel as appropriate.
  • Gather and organize information to develop policy and guidance for DHA and subordinate organizations.
  • Develop and maintain Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures for designated DHA locations.
  • Provide full reporting and statistics of the AT/FP Program monthly and as needed.
  • At the direction of the government Program Manager for AT/FP, coordinate with the appropriate external agencies drills and improvement plans customized to each site assigned.
  • Assist Physical Security team with related Mission Assurance responsibilities.
  • Moderate travel may be required.
  • Assist with the assessment and application of multiple organizational and management improvement techniques in a government or commercial environment to assist with informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the project life cycle.
  • Analyze client needs to determine systems requirements as they apply to the client's management systems.
  • Review client requirements and participate in client problem-solving and in the recommendation process.
  • Assist in the creation and assessment of performance measurements.
  • Create, document, communicate, update, and investigate reported incidents.
  • Create/innovate new tactics and policy.
