As a Security Logistic Facility Officer Overnight in Oceanside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. You will contribute to a secure, welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following visitor and driver entry procedures, and reporting access-related concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required logs and reports.
