As a Branch Security Receptionist , Doral, FL you will serve and safeguard AUS office personnel and visitors that visit the branch office located in Doral. Requirements
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
- Good customer service skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a D security License.
- Required - Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, writing, reading
Responsibilities
- You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
- Greeting and assisting visitors, personnel, and customers in a calm and professional manner
- Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individuals
- Comfortably utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communication
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Assist with uniform returns and maintaining a clean, organized lobby and training room
- Collaborating with the HR department with uniform returns
- Collaborating with the Recruiting department with candidate applications and backgrounds
- Assist the Senior Leadership with projects
