Children’s Minnesota is one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States and the only health system in Minnesota to provide care exclusively to children, from before birth through young adulthood. It operates as an independent and not-for-profit system since 1924, serving kids throughout the Upper Midwest at two free-standing hospitals, nine primary care clinics, multiple specialty clinics, and seven rehabilitation sites. Its facilities include Minneapolis and St. Paul Campuses, Children's West in Minnetonka, Children's - Roseville, and Children's Clinics - Woodwinds in Woodbury. The Security Lead position is responsible for the oversight of maintaining a safe and secure Children's campus. This role involves overseeing security staff (officers and dispatchers), including assigning work, coaching, and recommending discipline, with the core purpose of promoting a safe environment for patients, visitors, and hospital employees.
