Reporting to the Ancillary Services Director, the Security & Hospitality Manager has the responsibility to manage and oversee the operations of resident transportation, security and concierge services in accordance with Village On The Isles values, policies, procedures and current regulations. Departmentally serving as the first point of contact and initial ambassador to Village on the Isle, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression. The Security & Hospitality Manager respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. Ensures that the safety, security and operations of resident transportation services are maintained at all times. This is a safety sensitive position.
