About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to serve and safeguard clients at an aerospace and defense location in Gilbert, Arizona. The role involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, helping deter security-related incidents, supporting access control, and providing professional customer service and clear communication. The officer will respond to alarms and maintain a visible security presence. The position pays $24.38 per hour and is scheduled Monday and Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and policies and carrying out emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, check credentials as assigned, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records according to site requirements.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns for Allied Universal and site leadership.
