About The Position

Victaulic is seeking a Security Guard for its Lehigh Valley campus. This role is not a typical desk job; the Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the campus, with duties ranging from greeting visitors to monitoring industrial equipment. The position offers variety and exposure to different aspects of the business.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
Must be available to work all shifts (days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends), including overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.
CPR / First Aid / EMR / EMT training.
Military, security, or law enforcement background.

Responsibilities

Serve as the front-line presence for security across all Lehigh Valley properties and facilities.
Conduct regular security rounds to keep sites safe and secure.
Monitor and adjust melting furnaces at Lehigh Valley facilities.
Support the security supervisor/manager wherever needed.
Greet and direct visitors, sales reps, and employees.
Transport visitors and employees to and from various locations and airports.
Represent Victaulic's culture of professionalism.
Handle mail delivery and pickup across Lehigh Valley facilities.
Assist in other departments to cover vacations and staffing gaps.
