Responsibilities
- Protect people, property, information and the reputation of Minnesota Masonic Home.
- Represent Minnesota Masonic Home, performing duties in a courteous and professional manner that conveys a positive image of the organization and that fosters cooperation and support with staff, residents, visitors and external agencies.
- Respond to a wide variety of routine guest service and emergency support calls requiring various problem-solving techniques, judgement and verbal de-escalation.
- Provide support to all staff and customer's requests.
- Assist in all Guest Services departments including maintenance, housekeeping, receptionists, and materials management.
