As a Security Guard - Full Time Patrol in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a residential location, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
