About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol officer for a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The role involves safeguarding the site, providing customer service, conducting patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment. Scheduled shifts are Wednesday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.63 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter.
Identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations, and complete required incident reports.
Communicate professionally with site contacts, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership.
