About The Position

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to help ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and can think quickly in high-stress situations while providing exceptional service and helping keep the property safe. The property is a 357-room oceanfront resort in Mid-Beach, part of the Autograph Collection Hotels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• First aid/CPR certification.
