Responsible for safeguarding and protecting residents, staff, and visitors. This includes maintaining a visible presence at the front lobby, greeting and checking identification of staff and visitors, performing routine rounds throughout the facility, completing and filing incident reports, monitoring and responding to computer alarm systems and CCTV systems, and enforcing Pediatric Center rules and safety codes. Excellent customer service and communication skills are used in all aspects of this role.
