Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC security license
- Ability to work/pick up minimum 3 shifts per month
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- First aid certification
- BC Driver's licence
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor and control site access.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Monitor CCTV and security systems.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete incident reports and activity logs.
- Liaise with emergency services and site management.
- Enforce site policies and safety procedures.
- Provide reception and concierge security services as needed.
- Perform lock-up/unlock procedures and security checks.
- Assist with emergency evacuations when required.
- Operate security and communication equipment.
- Perform site-specific security duties as assigned.
