As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Incident Documentation in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, gates, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, document visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts.
  • Observe and report potential hazards, damaged barriers, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
