About The Position

The Security Guard will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and patrolling assigned areas. This role involves performing thorough investigations of suspicious situations, utilizing sound judgment to safely resolve issues, and communicating effectively with various individuals to resolve problems or disputes. Maintaining accurate and thorough reporting documentation is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in inspecting, monitoring and patrolling a facility.
• Significant knowledge of procedures and safety measures related to security.
• Demonstrated success and experience with difficult, problematic situations.
• Demonstrated success in customer service and response.
• High school diploma.
• Must have Security Officer Commission
• Must have CPR Certification
• Physical abilities to lift or push objects up to 50 - 80 pounds.
• Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a community health care environment preferred.
• Advanced course work in related field preferred.
