About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Security Guard. What matters most in this role is your ability to ensure safety, maintain strong situational awareness, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in airside and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) required / ability to obtain and maintain
Strong communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Customer service mindset aligned with airport standards
Strong situational awareness and adherence to regulations
Exceptional English communication (verbal & written)
Clear and professional radio communication skills
Confident interaction with passengers, tenants, and stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex procedures
Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency response

Nice To Haves

Relevant background preferred
Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a strong asset
High operational flexibility

Responsibilities

Provide security coverage for airside and terminal operations in compliance with regulations
Monitor and control access to restricted areas
Conduct patrols to detect and respond to risks or incidents
Respond to emergencies following established procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally via radio and in person
Maintain strong situational awareness at all times
