As a Security Guard - Overnights - Full Time in Peebles, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. At a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, Allied Universal is seeking a professional to monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and/or following site entry procedures to support authorized access within the location.
Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or visitors regarding rules, directions, and reported concerns while maintaining a professional presence throughout the shift.
