Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting adherence to visitor and employee access procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
