About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The role requires keen observation, the ability to anticipate risk, and the physical capacity to move and patrol throughout the shift. The schedule is full-time, third shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; various work schedules are available. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. The hourly wage is $17.68. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
