Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic media and technology location.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet arriving guests, manage visitor check-in and badge processes, and verify access permissions in accordance with location protocols.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate with building contacts regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and/or access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or emergency contacts.
• Observe lobby and reception areas for suspicious, disruptive, and/or unauthorized activity and help to deter issues through visible presence and professional interaction.
