Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site contacts and documentation methods.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and communicate with property management and/or first responders when situations call for additional support.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift notes, and communicate relevant observations during handoff to help support continuity of site operations.
