About The Position

Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility. This role involves learning all jobs of immediate staff, ensuring completion and accuracy of reports, and completing daily and weekly reports. The supervisor will also train and evaluate staff performance, implement disciplinary procedures, and resolve employee conflicts. Key interactions include direct communication with company and outside services, working within the Order Management System/Shop Floor, and coordinating with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic Department for shipping logistics. The position also requires attending scheduled meetings and reporting to the Safety Manager, along with performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
• Working with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
• Maintaining logs for inbound and outbound trucks
• Attending meetings as scheduled
• Reporting to Safety Manager
• Performing other duties as assigned
