As a Security Guard Patrol in Sandy Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier automotive location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, vehicle-related concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facility buildings, parking areas, service areas, vehicle storage locations, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and local responders as needed while following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
