As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Corona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a government transportation location. In this driving post, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to employees and visitors. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, transit access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted spaces, assist with access control practices, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or the public regarding site rules and procedures.
• Support traffic and pedestrian flow during routine operations, special events, and/or service disruptions while following post orders and established response guidelines.
