As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will act with integrity, collaborate with site teams, and bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach in a caring, people-first culture.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, and directing deliveries to approved locations.
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems and report maintenance or operational issues through established channels.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations and actions, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
